I came to study applied quantitative research from Georgia. It was a difficult and important decision. I was worried about everything as I was moving to a completely different country. But everything went well, there are many students from different countries at the college.

I like that this college provides a lot of practical work. Carolina cooperates with various large companies, and we learn from real cases, and not just theoretically. A lot of classes include computer work, data analysis.

Financial Aid and Scholarships

The cost of education is a matter of concern for many students, many of whom would not be able to study at Carolina without financial aid. Whatever your family's financial circumstances are, paying for college will require significant financial resources over the next several years.

  • COVID-19 Relief Fund

The Carolina College uses Federal CARES Act funding for direct student assistance, together with our own Carolina COVID-19 GRANT program, through the rest of the summer and into the fall.

  • Financial Aid at Carolina

All students should apply for financial assistance every year if they need it. Carolina requires the CSS Profile application, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

  • FAFSA Deadline: Summer Financial Aid

The FAFSA is designed for all U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and eligible non-citizen students who will enroll in a minimum of 6 credits for the summer term at our Columbia campus.

  • Carolina Award Package

When you are officially admitted to Carolina, our office will send you an official notification that describes your total financial aid package and special conditions offered to you.

Dates and Deadlines

All students should apply for financial aid every year. If you miss a financial aid priority deadline, you still can file the FAFSA and will be considered for federal student aid but funds become increasingly limited.

If you have not applied yet, do so immediately. Late CSS Profile applications will not be accepted.  The FAFSA can be filed at any time.
